Settlement for Family of Man Killed by a Negligent Driver

We obtained more than a million-dollar settlement for the family after their loved one was killed by a negligent driver. Our client was proceeding through a green light when another driver ran a red light and t-boned our client. His truck rolled over, ultimately landing face up. Sadly, our client passed away.
