Attorney Nicole Davis’ dedication to practicing personal injury law is driven by her strong desire to help others, something for which she’s always been passionate. She takes matters into her own hands, ensuring her clients receive the best possible outcome. Nicole Davis has a strong understanding of the law, stands up for her clients, and works tirelessly to reach a fair, successful resolution in her cases. Nicole developed each of these attributes through her volunteer, education, work, and athletic experiences. She enjoys volunteering with the Pinellas County Schools and is a mentor at High Point Elementary School. Nicole continues her consumer advocacy and keeps updated on emerging product issues.
Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Eckerd College in Saint Petersburg. After graduating from Eckerd, she served as an AmeriCorps volunteer at the Academy Prep Center in Tampa. This experience reinforced her commitment to public service and helping others. Passionate about the environment, she received her Juris Doctor degree Cum Laude from Stetson College of Law with a concentration in Environmental Law. At Stetson, she participated in the Legislative Tracking Project, Stetson Street Law Team, Inter-American Convention for the Conservation of Sea Turtles, Ecosystem Banking Workshop and Mock Evidentiary Hearing. Also while at Stetson College of Law, Nicole served as an intern for Magistrate Judge Pizzo in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She also interned for the Pinellas County School Board and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
While Nicole grew up in Michigan, she feels a true connection to the Tampa Bay area as a result of her educational and work experiences in the region. Her athletic experiences taught her the value of hard work and determination. As a soccer player at Eckerd College, she was voted captain and was the Most Valuable Player for three years. These attributes have transferred well to the practice of law.
Outside of her law practice at The Ruth Law Team, Nicole enjoys running, fishing, and spending time with her two dogs, Marley and Bailey. She also is a member of the Florida Bar, the St. Pete Bar Association, and the Pinellas County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
