About Teaming Up With Teachers
Every day, our educators dedicate their time, money, and energy to their students in hopes of creating an environment where every studen can flourish. Unfortunately, teachers aren’t always given the financial resources they need to succeed, and most end up reaching into their own pockets to cover the gap.
That’s why The Ruth Law Team created Teaming Up With Teachers. Each month of the 2026–2027 school year, we’re giving a $150 gift card to a deserving educator in Pinellas County — no strings attached. Winners are free to use it for classroom supplies, a well-earned treat, or anything else they choose.
It’s a small way of saying thank you to the people who give so much to our community’s children.
Eligibility
Any elementary, middle or high school teacher (pre-K thru 12th grade) working for Pinellas County Schools is eligible to win. Anyone within our community may nominate a teacher, and we welcome teachers to nominate themselves. If we do not select your nominee this month, don’t worry. We will consider your nomination in the months to come!

Who is eligible to be nominated?
Any Pre-K through 12th grade teacher working for Pinellas County Schools is eligible. This includes elementary, middle, and high school educators across all subjects.
How often is the award given?
Monthly. One teacher is selected each month school is in session during the 2026–2027 school year, for a $150 gift card.
Who can submit a nomination?
Anyone in the community can nominate a teacher — parents, students, colleagues, or the public. Teachers are also welcome to nominate themselves.
What if my nominee isn’t selected right away?
Nominations are kept and considered in future months, so there’s no need to resubmit if your nominee isn’t chosen the first time.
Are there any restrictions on how the gift card can be used?
No. Winners can use their $150 gift card however they’d like — classroom supplies, personal use, or anything else.
How do I submit a nomination?
