Ruth Law Team’s settlement processor Rick McCarthy coaches the Panthers. His dedication extends to helping with improvements to the ball fields. Rick encourages the players to have fun while doing there best. Rick’s positive approach provides a head start and confidence to the young girls. Research shows that athletic involvement helps improve a young girl’s self esteem.
In 2012, U.S. Department of State announced a global effort to engage women and girls through sports through their Empowering Women and Girls Through Sports Initiative.
