Today we are extending a big “CONGRATULATIONS” to The Ruth Law Team’s own Eric Roslansky, who was recently selected for membership in the Distinguished Justice Advocates. Eric was chosen as a result of his high achievement as an attorney in the personal injury category. This honor is not available to most attorneys, rather, it objectively recognizes those who elevate the standards of the legal community. As Distinguished Justice Advocates, members set the bar for other attorneys to attain. Less than half of 1% of all practicing attorneys in the country are selected.

“It is an honor to have been able to represent so many deserving families who have been affected by tragedies,” Eric said. “I am very passionate about devoting my practice to the endless search of justice. We have a wonderful firm full of talented lawyers, paralegals, and investigators who make it possible to do what we do for our clients.”

In order to be considered for membership, attorneys must meet stringent criteria. This includes earning certain awards and honors, achieving exceptional trial results, maintaining credentials, and “being recognized with a high degree of peer recognition and/or professional competence or success,” according to the Distinguished Justice Advocates website.

“Eric is an incredible asset to our team. In the courtroom he establishes his credibility as a trial attorney who is prepared, efficient, and truthful. Juries admire these attributes the most. The Ruth Law Team’s clients would not get justice but for his efforts,” said Managing Attorney Steven Ruth.
